Bangkok Royal Waco, TX

Located in the heart of the Waco downtown district area, Bangkok Royal is easily accessible to locals and visitors. For business people who stay the night at the Hilton it's right across the street and parents who may be visiting Baylor can drive down about four blocks to get to the restaurant. Although, Bangkok Royal is vegetarian friendly they do a good job at catering to the special needs of vegetarians. They have an entire page for vegetarians to order from. For me, I generally order the Bangkok noodles which I suppose is their signature dish. It's similar to the rice noodle but bigger than the typical size. I suggest ordering this as Thai entrees are usually smaller in size. It has a distinctive taste different from other Thai foods I'be tried. Usually this entree is mixed with eggs, tofu, and other vegetables so strict vegan may want to take this into consideration. Another dish that seems to be more generalized throughout all the other Thai restaurants is their Pad Kee Mao. They cook it with pan fried noodles mixed with vegetables and tofu seasoned with basil. One other characteristic to take into consideration is that their restaurant builds up a romantic atmosphere suitable for business people and lovers. If I were to rate the restaurant I would probably give it a 4/5 because of its small portion size and orders are a bit on the pricey side.
